Draw made for next year's Women's World CupReading’s Fran Kirby could come up against France, Mexico and Colombia at the Women’s World Cup in Canada next year.
The Three Lionesses were placed alongside the trio at the official draw in Ottawa on Saturday.
England’s first encounter will see them take on the French, who reached the last four of the World Cup in 2011 and the London Olympic Games in 2012. It will be contested on June 9 in Moncton.
And, if included in Mark Sampson's squad, Kirby could also face the two South American nations as the Lionesses bid to reach the semi-final stage for the time. The Royals striker first earned her international recognition in August of this year, and scored on her debut as England beat Sweden 4-0 in Hartlepool.
Last month, she played half an hour in the women’s 3-0 defeat to European champions Germany in front of 45,000 spectators at Wembley Stadium.
