Quartet in trainingManager Nigel Adkins has no fresh injury concerns ahead of this Saturday's trip to Millwall, and gave an update on four injured players.
Defenders Wayne Bridge and Sean Morrison have been out since October and November respectively, but have this week made steps closer on their road to recovery by joining in with the early parts of training.
Midfielder Danny Guthrie, who has made 24 appearances so far this season, has also taken part in a session and is set for a full week of training in the build-up to next Saturday's home game against Sheffield Wednesday.
Chris Baird's initial contract with the Royals has ended, but he too is stepping up his injury rehabilitation at Hogwood Park.
"We're all good to go," he told Reading FC Player. "The important thing as well is that the likes of Morrison, Bridge, Guthrie and Baird have joined in with the early part of the training session with the players on Thursday.
"Hopefully, sooner rather than later, they'll be able to join in for a longer part of the session which is obviously beneficial for the second half of the season."
