"We need to put it right"
Jordan Obita is confident that the Royals can fight their way back into the play-off posititons, ahead of this Saturday's trip to Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Academy wide man said the group was frustrated after drawing with Yeovil but insists they'll be working hard in training this week to put it right.
"In the second half we started better than the first, put pressure on them and we looked like we would score," he told BBC Radio Berkshire.
"As a whole team we were frustrated that we didn't win. We had the chances but just didn't put them away, so we were disappointed with that.
"We expect to beat anyone at Madejski Stadium but unfortunately we didn't do that. We've got a game this weekend and we need to win. We've got to work very hard in training and put it right."
Obita knows that the Seagulls will provide a tough fixture at the AmEx Stadium this weekend, but says that if the Royals are on form then victory can certainly be achieved - as shown in recent away trips to QPR, Millwall and Watford.
"Brighton are a good side, we saw that in the FA Cup game and also the home league game. But we believe that if we're on form, we can beat them.
"We can drop out of the play-offs but we can easily get back in them. We've just got to make sure we're in the play-offs."
