TEAM NEWS: Hal starts

1 March 2014

McAnuff misses out with a knock

Nigel Adkins has been forced to make a change to his starting eleven for the first time in eight games - Hal Robson Kanu coming into midfield for this afternoon's clash with Yeovil Town.

Jobi McAnuff misses out with a knock so Welshman Hal will start out wide, with Welshman Jake Taylor returning to the squad to take a place on the substitutes' bench - and Welshman Chris Gunter captain's the side on St David's Day!

Hal makes his first start since the Bournemouth game here back in December. Besides that change, the Royals squad remains the same as it was for last weekend's defeat to Blackburn.

Reading: McCarthy, Obita, Gunter (c), Pearce, Gorkss, Akpan, Williams, McCleary, Robson-Kanu, Pogrebnyak, Le Fondre.
Subs: Federici, Kelly, Hector, Guthrie, J Taylor, Drenthe, Blackman.

Yeovil Town: Stech, Ayling, McAllister (c), Webster, Duffy, Edwards, Moore, Ralls, Lawrence, Holmes, Hayter.
Subs: Dawson, Palazuelos, Grant, Dunn, Morgan, Lundstram, Twumasi.
