Morrison and Williams could return

Sean Morrison and Danny Williams are in with a chance of returning to the Royals squad for this weekend's clash with Huddersfield.

Morrison has been unavailable for four months with a knee injury, whilst Danny Williams was sidelined on international duty earlier this month - and Nigel Adkins gave an update in this week's press conference, although gave no guarantees.

"Danny has trained today (Thursday) with the group so we will see how he recovers, that’s another positive for us," he said. "Will Sean be involved? Possibly. I travelled up to the Ricoh Arena to watch him play with the u21s team and he’s come through that unscathed which is important. He comes into contention as do all of the players."

Adkins also revealed that Wayne Bridge and Mikele Leigertwood were increasing their training workload on their way back from long term injuries.
