The Royals, current holders of the Under-21 Premier League Cup, will kick off their defence this evening when they take on an in-form Queens Park Rangers side at Wycombe Wanderers' Adams Park.

Our young side lifted the trophy back in April after a fantastic victory over Manchester City at Madejski Stadium and Martin Kuhl's men will now look to retain their crown against the side they met at this same stage last season.

QPR's youngsters have only lost once all season so far, sitting top of their U21 Professional Development League Two (South) table, while the Royals currently occupy a mid-table spot in the Barclays U21 Premier League Division Two.

But when Martin Kuhl's men met Rangers on the road to cup glory last season they ran out 3-1 winners thanks to Dominic Samuel's opener and a brace from Craig Tanner.

Kick off tonight is at 7pm at the home of current League Two leaders Wycombe Wanderers with tickets prices set at £3 for adults and £1 for over-60s and under-19s. Parking is free at the ground.
