U18s record emphatic victory over Norwich

Youngsters win 5-0

Reading’s U18s picked up a thumping 5-0 victory over Norwich City in the Premier League Sothern Group at the weekend.

Jake Sheppard opened the scoring after just 10 minutes and Conor Davis doubled the advantage five minutes later. Harry Cardwell and Marc Ethelston both added the scoreline inside half an hour and Andrija Novakovich completed the rout before half time.

Substitutes Lewis Collins, Zak Jules and Josh Barrett were all given run-outs through the course of the second period as the young Royals cruised to their third league win of the season. 

Former Royal Graeme Murty, now on the coaching staff in Norfolk, was in attendance for the game.
