Number nine ready for a returnHal Robson-Kanu is feeling 'better than ever' as he prepares for a return to club football after a successful international break with Wales.
Reading's number nine scored for his country in a 2-1 victory over Cyprus, and after an injury disrupted start to the campaign with Reading is looking forward to getting back on track at Madejski Stadium.
"I've been out for eight weeks, but I kept my fitness levels up and I'm feeling good," said the 25-year-old.
"Of course it is frustrating that the injury happened but now I'm back and feeling better than ever. Given the opportunity and given the games to play I know I'll show my ability."
The Academy product has also called upon the Reading supporters to create a big atmosphere as Nigel Adkins' men return to home ground for the visit of Derby County.
"Now it is about getting that momentum going as a team. We want to be as high up as possible and these are the games we have to perform in. We need our fans; throughout the course of the season we'll need them to really get behind us, football doesn't always go your way but we have to get fans on our side."
