Midfielder vows to respondOliver Norwood says the Royals can't wait for Saturday's game with Blackpool - and wants to win the game for our supporters.
He told readingfc.co.uk, "The game can't come quick enough, we need to put a few things right and we'll be going out to win. We've got to win the game, we know that as a group and we can't wait to get out there.
"The run we're on is disappointing, but we've got to put it right, starting with Saturday.
"Since I've come here the fans have been fantastic. You could understand if they got frustrated but they haven't done that. They'd have every right to be frustrated and we owe them something. They haven't turned on us at all, when maybe they could have. We owe them something and I'm sure it'll be an entertaining game.
"We've looked back at the goals from Tuesday and it was disappointing because we were in control for 50 minutes. But with 14 bizarre minutes we're out the game and it has to stop, simple as that. It can't happen and we've got to learn from that and put a stop to it.
"We spoke as a group after the game and it needs to be done, we need to tell each other when we're making mistakes. People don't mean to do it, it's life, we all make mistakes, but we have to stop it as a group. We're in it as a group, we're in it as team, we've all got to help each other and I know we will.
"Blackpool are coming to our stadium, people outside might be expecting a certain result but we can't think like that, we know there are no easy games. Every one in this division is tough, we've got to go out there, force the issue and win the game.
"They have got good players and they've caused some sides problems this season, it's just unfortunate the situation they were in in the summer. But every team is tough to play against. We'll worry about ourselves. At this moment in time we have to do that and we have to win the game."
