18 October 2014

Cox, Taylor and Mackie start

Nigel Adkins has made three changes to the side that lost to Brentford before the international break, ahead of this afternoon's visit of Derby County.

Forest loanee Jamie Mackie comes into the side to take the place of Nick Blackman, who drops to the bench, while Jake Taylor starts in central midfield alongside Oliver Norwood - Aaron Kuhl making way for the man who made his Wales debut at the start of the week.

Hal Robson-Kanu retains his place on the wing after an impressive goalscoring display for his country on Monday night, while former Nottingham Forest forward Simon Cox is back in the starting eleven having scored from the bench at Griffin Park.

Hope Akpan has recovered from a late return from international duty with Nigeria to occupy a spot on the bench and Kuhl also starts as a substitute, while Ryan Edwards misses out on a place in today's squad.
