The Royals have signed Glenn Murray on loan, here's ten facts about our new man:He was born on 25th September 1983 in Cumbria.
He started his playing days in non-League with Workington and spent a year on loan in North Carolina early in his career.
He is a former teammate of Adam Le Fondre's at Rochdale, who were his second professional club after Carlisle.
Brighton was his destination in 2008 with a fee of around £300,000 changing hands.
In 2010-11 he was League One's second highest scorer behind Craig Mackail-Smith with 22 to his name.
With his contracting expiring on the south coast, he signed a three-year deal with Crystal Palace.
He scored an extra-time winner at Old Trafford to knock Man Utd out of the League Cup.
He holds the record for the most goals ever scored before Christmas in a Championship season with 20 in 2012-13.
He unfortunately missed the 2013 play-off final through injury, returning to action in February of this year and making 14 appearances in the Premier League.
