Boss ready for Rotherham testRoyals boss Steve Clarke is targetting more points from our final two away games, starting tonight at Rotherham.
Clarke's men travel to the New York Stadium for the first time, and face a difficult test against a Millers side in search of the win that would secure their Championship status.
The manager said, "It's two away games to finish, we look forward to trying to get another win. Both will be difficult but we look forward to them.
"The games are significant for Rotherham and then Derby, but for us it would be nice to get more points on the board."
The manager says the season is finishing too early for his liking, have only come back into the game a few short months ago. "I only came into the job in December so it does't feel like an end of season to me!
"I feel as though it's finishing too early, I'm still fresh and have got lots of ideas."
The boss was asked about Simon Cox, and said he's spoken with the frontman, commenting, "I've had a couple of good chats with him, he knows what I want from him. He's a little disappointed he's not in the team, I understand that and he has to rise above that.
"Olly Norwood hasn't been in the team the last few weeks, on Saturday I thought he was our best player."
