Free entry: Promotion-chasing U21s face Stoke tonight

27 April 2015

Kick-off 7pm at Madejski Stadium

Reading’s U21s face Stoke City at Madejski Stadium this evening, 7pm, knowing that a perfect end to the season will guarantee them promotion to Barclays U21 Premier League Division One, and entry is FREE for supporters.

Martin Kuhl’s men, who have won their last five matches and kept clean sheets in the most recent four, have their destiny is in their own hands with four games remaining.

Last Monday’s victory at Derby County moved the Royals to within a point of the second-placed Rams, having played a game less. And wins in their last four games of the season will see the Royals finish in an automatic promotion spot.

After Stoke, Reading host Aston Villa, also at Madejski Stadium, before traveling to bottom-of-the-table Wolverhampton Wanderers. The U21s then conclude their campaign at Madejski Stadium against West Bromwich Albion.

Middlesbrough currently top the Division Two table, with Derby and Reading occupying second and third place respectively. Newcastle United, Arsenal and the Baggies make up the chasing pack.

Fans wishing to attend this evening's clash should note that:
Entry is FREE and that gates will open at 6pm.
Seating will be available in the Lower West Stand, with the stadium accessible from gates one and four.
Cr parking is also free.
Refreshments will be available from the West Lower's concourse kiosks.
