Full back on Euro 2016 hopesRoyals defender Chris Gunter is keeping a level head following Wales' impressive 3-0 win away to Israel on Saturday.
Chris Coleman's side now sit second in Group B, with Belgium top of the pile following their 1-0 win over the Israelis on Tuesday evening.
"We've got a real chance, but...we haven't done anything yet," Gunter said. "We need to be careful. It's certainly easy after a fantastic victory when emotion's high to say 'yeah, we are going to do it' but we are still only halfway. We have to make sure that in five games time this isn't the pinnacle, but is only a step on the way."
With five games remaining in the qualifying rounds, Wales have a two point lead over third placed Israel - with the top two sides qualifying automatically for the tournament in France. The highest ranked third-placed team from the groups directly qualifies for the tournament, while the remainder enter the play-offs.
"It's important to enjoy wins like the one at the weekend but to make sure that when we meet back up we'll be focused like we have been. The good thing is, with the management and staff we have in place, that's exactly how we've been approaching it. Hopefully in the next year or so we'll be happy people."
