17-year-old joins until at least 2017Reading are very pleased to announce the signing of 17-year-old midfielder Andy Rinomhota.
The youngster joins from AFC Portchester, having successfully trained with the Royals for a number of weeks now, and playing for our Academy.
Rinomhota has signed a two-year contract, with the option of a further 12 months.
Director of Football Nick Hammond said, “I would like to thank Portchester Chairman Paul Kelly and Manager Graham Rix for all of their help and the manner in which they have handled negotiations.
“Andy is a dynamic young midfielder, a good character from a good family and this is one of those deals we always like here at Reading.
“The boy is desperate to do well and we’re delighted to have him here.”
