Danny Williams is fit to start at Wembley, so takes a midfield place alongside Nathaniel Chalobah, while Nathan Ake is cup tied so is replaced by the fit again Pavel Pogrebnyak.
Simon Cox returns to the bench to sit alongside Yakubu as attacking alternatives. Jake Cooper and Stephen Kelly provide the defensive cover, while Karacan and Oliver Norwood are midfield substitutes.
Arsenal have named Jack Wilshere on the bench after he returned to fitness thanks to an under-21 run out against the Royals at the start of the week. Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott are also named as substitutes by Arsene Wenger, who starts with Danny Welbeck and Alexis Sanchez.
