Season ticket sales increase for 2015-16

15 August 2015

Fans showing their backing for the Royals

The new home campaign kicks off against Leeds United tomorrow, and Reading Football Club are delighted to confirm that season ticket sales for the 2015-16 season are up on last season’s figures.

Royals supporters have responded well to the club’s pricing policy with a number of factors contributing to an increase in sales.

The club took the decision to freeze renewal prices for Adult season ticket holders for the sixth successive season, offering great value to their most loyal supporters.

A new price band for younger fans was created with an 18-24 category, offering young adults the chance to get a season ticket for as little as £135, equating to less than £6 per fixture.

There is also a fantastic deal which allows Reading supporters aged 7 and under to get a FREE season ticket when bought with a full paying Adult or Concession (18-24 and 65+) season ticket.

Reading Commercial Director Adam Benson said: “It’s great to see that so many fans are getting behind the team in what will hopefully be an exciting new campaign.  Our new pricing policies have been very well received and we’re looking forward to seeing more great crowds at Madejski Stadium this year, starting against Leeds on Saturday.”

Season tickets are still on sale – if you haven’t got yours yet, you can see all 23 Sky Bet Championship games from as little as £395 for Adults, £250 for ages 65 and over, £135 for ages 18-24 and £99 for under-17s.  Click here for more information.
