Women set for record crowd

21 July 2015

Ladies face Chelsea on Wednesday

Our Reading FC Women’s team are set for a record crowd at Farnborough FC on Wednesday evening.

The Royals face an encounter with Chelsea Ladies FC  in the first Group stage match of the FA WSL Continental Tyres Cup 2015, kick off 7:45pm.

With only four home matches left of the FA WSL 2 league season, this is a great chance to come see Kelly Chambers’ free-scoring side in action at the Rushmoor Community Stadium, Cherrywood Road, Farnborough, GU14 8UD.

The team will be wearing the new 15/16 home strip and there will be a pop-up Megastore on site at the stadium, selling the new Reading FC Women’s kit and giving supporters the opportunity to get their hands on official Royals merchandise.

A FunZone will also be in place from 6:30pm, so there’s going to be a great atmosphere to come down and support the ladies.

Tickets for the match are available to purchase at, prices at £4 for Adults and £2 for Concessions. For those wishing to buy their tickets at the ground, there will be an additional £1 price bump.

Half season tickets are also on sale now, providing entry to the four remaining FA WSL 2 league fixtures and all of the Continental Cup home matches.
