Midfielder could join Chris Gunter and Hal Robson-KanuJake Taylor is on standby for the Wales squad for their vital Euro 2016 qualifier against Belgium next week.
The Welsh and the Red Devils are both locked at the top of qualifying Group B, having both recorded 11 points from their opening five matches.
The two sides fought out a goalless draw in Brussels in November, a game that Taylor was a substitute for, and victory at the Cardiff City Stadium on June 12th would go a long way to assuring Wales of their place at a major tournament for the first time since 1958.
The Welsh have never qualified for a European Championship before and, speaking last month, manager Chris Coleman labelled the Belgium clash as a huge game.
"This is the biggest home game in the last ten years, certainly. These are two unbeaten sides looking to qualify for France. We had a fantastic performance and result in [our last qualifier against] Israel and we need to build on that.
"I know the match is a sell-out and the atmosphere again will be magnificent. The support to date has been fantastic. Hopefully we will be able to repay that support with a positive result.”
Royals duo Chris Gunter and Hal Robson-Kanu are in Coleman’s squad and both played 90 minutes in November’s reverse fixture.
