Royals to be backed by sell out crowd

6 March 2015

4,300 head to Valley Parade

The Royals will be backed by their biggest away following for more than ten years this weekend.

We have now sold out of 4,300 tickets for our FA Cup quarter final at Bradford; our largest away support since we played Arsenal in the League Cup in 2005, their final year at Highbury.

We would like to thank our supporters for our backing and we look forward to the game, kick off 12:45pm. If you’re not travelling, the match is live for free on BT Sport, as is their preview show from 10:30am.

As per normal procedure, ourselves, Bradford and the FA have held discussions regarding a possible replay date, and the most likely date is Monday 16th March, pending TV selections. Prices would match those of the initial tie - adults £15, 65 & over/17-21 £10, 16 & under £5.

No other dates are available that week because the FA are not allowed to schedule FA Cup games on the same night as UEFA fixtures, and there is a full programme of Champions League and Europa League games that week.

As a result, our home game against Birmingham would move from its current date of Tuesday 17th March, and would be played on a midweek evening during the week commencing 20th April.

We will update our supporters in due course.
