Penultimate match of the season for U21sReading’s U21s travel to Wolverhampton Wanderers this evening for their penultimate Premier League Division 2 fixture of the season and still with an outside chance of winning the title.
The Royals, who earned promotion last Monday evening, trail league-leaders Middlesbrough by six points with two matches to play.
Boro only have one match of their season remaining and victory for the Royals tonight would close the gap to just three points heading into Friday’s final game of the campaign against West Bromwich Albion at Madejski Stadium.
Just like the U21s’ previous two home games at Madejski Stadium, and the U18s’ clash with Sunderland last Saturday, fans can attend for FREE on Friday.
Before that, though, attention is on Molineux. Martin Kuhl’s side have won seven games in succession and when Wolves visited Madejski Stadium in December two goals from Dominic Samuel and one from Tariqe Fosu saw Reading run out 3-1 victors.
Fans wishing to watch tonight’s fixture should note that admission at Molineux tonight is free for Wolves’ Season Ticket Holders and members – otherwise £4 for adults and £1 concessions.
Entrance to the lower tier of the Billy Wright Stand is via Gate 8.
