Our own back yard

Play your part against the Seagulls on Saturday

Saturday’s fixture at Madejski Stadium offers the opportunity for us to become the first team to beat Brighton in the 2015/16 Championship season to date.

The Seagulls are flying high in the early months of the campaign – they’re perched at the top of the table and their fans are travelling in numbers to Berkshire this weekend.  Our visitors had their allocation increased to 4,000 after the initial share was snapped up quickly; the away end will be busy and boisterous come 3pm on Saturday.

We have enjoyed a great atmosphere at Madejski Stadium this season – and while the players are doing battle on the pitch, we know we can count on our fans to play a part and drown out noise of the travelling support.

We're back at Madejski Stadium on Saturday to face league-leaders Brighton. Who's coming?

Earlier this month, we defeated second-placed Middlesbrough on our patch, and our captain Paul McShane credited the home support for their role in our triumph.  “The crowd are making a good noise,” he said after the match.  “I think it’s good if we can make this stadium a really tough place to come.  It should be that way because it’s our own back yard, so we’ve got to keep it going and keep the momentum up.”

The season is a long journey – and we want you alongside us all the way.

Will you be there on Saturday, helping us to close the gap on the league leaders?  Tickets are available from just £25 Adults, £15 for ages 65 & Over, £10 for ages 18 to 24 and £7 for 17 & Under – for full ticket details, click here.
