Kuhl links up with Boreham Wood

Midfielder makes loan move to Meadow Park

Midfielder Aaron Kuhl has today completed a loan move to National League side Boreham Wood until January 28th 2017.

The 20-year-old has eight first team appearances for the Royals under his belt, all of which came in the 2014-15 campaign. His move to Meadow Park will be his second away from Madejski Stadium, following his stint north of the border with Dundee United last season.

Kuhl occupied the away dressing room at Meadow Park as recently as seven days ago, as our Under-23s defeated Arsenal 2-0 in their opening fixture of the Premier League 2 season. And he could be given a peg in the home dressing room this Saturday, as Boreham Wood try to extend a strong start to the season when Chester visit.

Wins against Forest Green Rovers and Dover Athletic were followed by a draw against York City – who plied their trade in League Two last year – but they suffered their first defeat of the campaign when Tranmere Rovers visited in midweek. The Royals Academy graduate could feature in as many as 26 scheduled National League fixtures before his loan concludes at the end of January.

We wish Aaron the very best of luck for his time with Boreham Wood.
