Royals to remain in PUMA kit and training wearReading FC are delighted to announce the extension of their existing official kit supplier deal with PUMA. Managed by Genesis Sports, the agreement ensures Reading will remain in PUMA kit and training wear.
Adam Benson, Reading FC Commercial Director, said: “We are excited to be partnering with PUMA, a company whose football heritage and record of innovation has a strong affinity with our own.”
With an established portfolio of top clubs across the UK, Europe and beyond, and a world class roster of players including, Sergio Agüero, Cesc Fàbregas and Marco Verratti, PUMA continues to prove itself as one of the most progressive football brands in the market.
Robbie Balfour, Head of Sports Marketing, PUMA UK, added: “We’re delighted to be extending our partnership with Reading FC, a fantastic football club with rich history, strong community heritage, and incredible fans. It’s a privilege to continue to work with everyone associated with the club in our role as official kit supplier.”
As you may remember, a special one-off kit was designed by young supporter Ryan Duval and manufactured by PUMA last season, as part of the #RyansRoyals campaign which ultimately raised £15,000 for The Avenue School.
And to commemorate the ten-year anniversary of our 2005/06 record-breaking season – where we set an all-time record points tally of 106 in the Championship – PUMA recommissioned a batch of shirts from that season to be sold in the Megastore and online.
The relationship between PUMA and Reading FC will be managed and delivered by Genesis Sports.
