With the start of Reading’s pre-season just a few weeks away, the 2016/17 fixture list released a week tomorrow and a new manager in place at Madejski Stadium, there is a lot to look forward to as a Royals fan!
After Jaap Stam’s unveiling on Monday, we have an ambitious young coach at the helm aiming to make an impact in his first season in the EFL Championship.

The Royals are offering great value Season Tickets for 2016/17 at Madejski Stadium across all age ranges, as Jaap and his side prepare for a fresh challenge in the new campaign.
The Dutch former centre-back brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his playing days having plied his trade at the highest level in a glittering career, and has since gained valuable coaching experience with Dutch giants Ajax.
Jaap’s first game in charge is as early as the July 9th, with the Royals facing an away trip to Boreham Wood to start their pre-season schedule.
Reading will also have notable fixtures against Lincoln City, rivals Swindon Town and newly promoted League 1 side AFC Wimbledon, before a clash with Premier League outfit AFC Bournemouth on Friday 29th July at Madejski Stadium - and then a week later, the new Sky Bet Championship campaign will be underway!
Once again our seasonal prices for committing to a campaign with the Royals are amongst the best in the Football League, with Reading’s range of concessional prices for young adults, juniors and seniors at the Mad Stad offering great value.
