Aaron Tshibola meets apprentices at 3aaa open eveningAs part of National Apprenticeship Week (NAW 2016), 3aaa’s Reading Academy held an opening evening on Thursday inviting current and upcoming apprentices, and Royals’ Academy graduate Aaron Tshibola was the special guest.
NAW 2016 is designed to celebrate apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses, and the wider economy. All around the county, events are held during the week to showcase and celebrate apprentices and their employers.
3aaa are one of the leading national training providers in England for Apprenticeships and give the opportunity for people to progress in their ideals careers, offering apprenticeships in key areas of everyday business such as IT, Accounting and Social Media.
Being an apprentice himself having joined the Royals’ Academy at the age of 13, Tshibola met with everyone who attended and talked to them throughout the evening about his and their experiences along the way.
As well as offering encouragement and advice, Tshibola also signed a few autographs for the young apprentices, and answered some questions during a rather chilled out evening at the 3aaa Academy.
