Royals Uncovered Calendar raises £2925 for Royal Marsden

8 March 2016

Thank you to the fans and players for funds raised from the Royals Uncovered calendar

Before our game against Fulham last Saturday Pat Dolan, brother of Academy Manager Eamonn Dolan, handed over £2925 raised from the Royals Uncovered calendar sales.

Reading FC are delighted with the funds raised and wish to thank both the fans and the players for their support.

The concept behind the calendar was to allow fans and players alike to show their support for Royals Academy Manager Eamonn Dolan, who has recently undergone a course of chemotherapy after having a tumour removed. Dolan nominated the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity following their incredible support during his treatment.

The Royals first team came together to take part in a special photoshoot in aid of our official 2016 charity calendar in which the stars were presented in a slightly different light to what fans are normally used to.

The club would like to thank all the first team players who happily gave up their time to pose for the calendar in support of our Academy Manager’s chosen charity.

We would also like to take this opportunity to reserve special thanks to Bishops Printers, Rosey Pink Photography and Cream Design who through their time, hard work and generosity helped to make this project a reality.  To find out more about the team who helped produce the Royals Uncovered 2016 Charity Calendar please visit:
