Reading skipper visits local disability session

Paul McShane visits Community Trust scheme at Goals

Skipper Paul McShane was once again witness to the excellent work the Reading FC Community Trust have been delivering throughout the local community as he attended a pan-disability session at Goals in Woodley earlier this week.

The Community Trust have been working alongside Supporting Horizons to deliver a weekly football and activity session providing a fun environment for people with a range of disabilities to enjoy the sport.

There was a great deal of excitement in the air as McShane arrived at the session and all the participants worked extra hard in an effort to impress the Royals skipper as he watched on!

When the session finished they gathered around the captain eagerly bouncing questions off him about anything and everything. The group then posed for photographs with McShane and took the opportunity to get autographs and selfies with the Reading defender.
