Defensive midfielder Danzell Gravenberch is set to spend the 2017-18 season in Belgium after signing season-long loan papers with KSV Roeselare.
Reading Football Club can confirm that Danzell spent last week training with the Belgian First Division B side and has now completed a loan switch to Arnauld Mercier’s side – who narrowly missed out on promotion to the top tier in a play-off defeat to Antwerp at the end of last season.
Gravenberch signed for the Royals from Dutch side FC Dordrecht a little more than a year ago and made 1(+4) appearances for Jaap Stam’s side last season, starting his only first team game of 2016-17 in our EFL Cup win over MK Dons last August.
All at Reading would like to wish Danzell the very best of luck for his season in Belgium.
