Supporting Prostate Cancer UK at this weekend’s game…

3 March 2017

Raising funds at our match against Wolves...

We’re delighted to welcome Prostate Cancer UK to Madejski Stadium this Saturday.

Thanks to your generosity they’re able to raise vital funds to help stop the most common cancer in men being a killer. As well as welcoming the EFL’s official charity partner to the ground, Royals fans can continue their support by donating online - find out more by visiting

We are also proud supporters of our growing team of cyclists who will be taking part in Prostate Cancer UK and the EFL’s Football to Amsterdam bike ride.  The group of football fans will be riding 145 miles over two days from either London or Barnsley to Amsterdam. They will be joining 500 football fans, staff and legends of the game in the pedal-pilgrimage that takes place on 9th-11th June.

Fancy trading your football shirt for the lycra?

It’s not too late to sign up and you can help us climb the F2A league. Places for the ride are running out fast so if you want to represent the Royals this June, make sure you sign up soon!

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer, while the odds for black men are just 1 in 4. By donating and supporting today you’re helping to stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Find out more by visiting or please give what you can to the volunteers collecting in and around the stadium this weekend for a very worthy cause!
