PL Cup final taking place in Swansea next Monday

9 May 2017

Royals in search of silverware at Liberty Stadium

Reading’s Under-23s will contest the final of the Premier League Cup with Swansea City on Monday 15th May, kicking off at 7pm at the Liberty Stadium.

It has been a lengthy campaign for each for both sides – after topping their group, the Royals have knocked Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Norwich out of the competition to set up our date in South Wales.  Huddersfield, Brighton and Portsmouth have fallen to the Swans in succession.

We were the very first winners of the tournament in 2014… and now Martin Kuhl’s side have a chance to take the silverware back to Berkshire again!

The Swans are targeting a seasonal double; they have already secured the Premier League 2 Division 2 title and promotion to the top tier for the new campaign.

Tickets cost just £1 and can be purchased directly though Swansea City by clicking here, or by ringing their Ticket Office on 0844 815 6665.  Tickets can also be bought on matchday on arrival at the venue.
