The intensive one-week session was for young people aged 16-25 who are unemployed and not in full-time education, helping them earn their FA Level One Coaching badge.
The Royals' full-back went along to a session and got involved in a small-sided game, as well as taking part in a question and answer session from the group.
At this weekend's match against Middlesbrough, we'll be celebrating our 'One Reading' mantra. We believe that football is for everyone, and we take part in initiatives year-round to help bring football to the community!
Speaking at the coaching session, Gunter said: “I think all clubs take a pride in what they do but I know Reading are proud in how they work really hard with local initiatives and stuff to do with the club.
“It is important when players can come and lend an hour or two of their time and back the campaigns, show your face and push forward with what the club is trying to do.
“The weekend will be very good in highlighting that and it’s not just one game, I know the way the club do it all through the season but it’ll be nice to show people exactly what goes on every week of the year at our club.”
