Full-time: Blackburn Rovers 2-2 Reading

Two second-half penalties from Rovers earn them a point at Ewood Park, cancelling out Böðvarsson's brace.

The points are shared in Lancashire, after the Royals are pegged back.

Heading into the final moments here at Ewood, both teams still trying to find a way to a winner...

Corry Evans tries an unlikely strike from range for Rovers - it doesn't trouble Mannone as it sails over.

SIX added minutes to be played at the end of the game...

Into the final moments of normal time here - the score still locked at 2-2.

A long ball from Liam Moore is miscontrolled in the Blackburn back line, allowing McNulty to steal the ball.

He opens out and fires towards the far post - just wide.

Blackburn go close once more, Nuttall heading onto the roof of the net.

In the Royals' final change, Sam Baldock comes off for Marc McNulty - six minutes to go.

Sims does well to shield off his man and allow a through-ball to reach Baldock - who tries to cross for Barrow at the back post but Mulgrew gets up to head clear.

Barrow sprints forward on the right, looking for Baldock on the cut-back on the edge of the box - narrowly behind the striker and Blackburn clear their lines.

Another change for the Royals, Mo Barrow coming on for Yakou Méïte.

Mulgrew steps up to the spot once more, goes the same way and levels the game at Ewood.

Another penalty to Blackburn.

Mulgrew slumps to the ground under McShane's challenge and the referee points to the spot once more.

In a third and final change for Blackburn, Samuel cannot carry on and Joe Nuttall is coming on in his place.

After coming on at the break for Blackburn, it looks like Dominic Samuel may struggle to continue here at Ewood - he's being treated by the physios and looks in quite a bit of discomfort.

Rovers are still trying to find a way past the Royals, but Paul Clement's side are giving their all to hold onto their one-goal advantage.

2-1 the score, halfway through the second period.

First change for the Royals.

Sone Aluko comes off, while Josh Sims comes on for his Reading debut after joining from Southampton two days ago.

Great chance for the hat-trick!

Aluko slides a ball to Yiadom on the run on the right, he crosses early and somehow the Blackburn defence scramble the ball away from Böðvarsson from close range, preventing his and Reading's third.

Reading break clear after Blackburn pressure, Aluko switching superbly to find Méïte on the left - who drives on into the Rovers half.

He tries to find an early ball for Böðvarsson in the area, but Raya does well to claim the low cross.

Rovers get forward again with Nyambe gaining ground on the right flank, he puts in a teasing cross but Bacuna gets enough on it to steer it clear.

The hosts have their tails up now after scoring, the crowd at Ewood are trying to roar them on and the Royals are trying to take a bit of pace out of the game, to settle back into their rhythm.

Charlie Mulgrew calmly dispatches the penalty to bring the hosts back into it.

Penalty to Blackburn.

The referee points to the spot after McShane brings down Elliott Bennett in the area.

Blackburn have started the second half on the front foot, trying to find a reply to get back into the game.

Blackburn start the half with an attacking change, bringing on former Royal, Dominic Samuel for Richie Smallwood.

We're back underway at Ewood Park, the Royals shooting from left to right as we look.

Half-time: Blackburn Rovers 0-2 Reading

The whistle has gone for the break here at Ewood Park, where Jón Daði Böðvarsson's brace has the Royals two goals up!

Good chance for the hosts - substitute Conway receives a high ball in plenty of space in the Royals' box - but his effort lacks any venom and Mannone gathers comfortably.

Three added minutes to be played at the end of the first half...

Blackburn have been forced into an early change - Adam Armstrong withdraws after a clash of heads with McShane, Craig Conway comes on in his place.

Great chance for Blackburn - but top-notch defending from the Royals!

Rothwell gets space 20 yards out, gets into the area and cuts inside to shoot - but Paul McShane blocks brilliantly.

The follow-up comes in but a flying header from Liam Moore sends the ball clear of trouble...

Jón Daði Böðvarsson's brace has the Royals two goals to the good...

He gets the skipper's seal of approval!

Blackburn are starting to gain more possession here as they hope to pull one back before half-time.

Reading's defence is holding strong, though, and keeping danger at bay for now.

Yakou Méïte is receiving treatment here after a tough challenge from behind from Smallwood...

But he's back up again and carrying on.

The Royals are well on top here at Ewood...

Méïte crosses in but it's blocked out to Bacuna - volleying first time but the defender slides in to block.

It's Böðvarsson again!

Baldock plays a clever pass out wide to Blackett, who swings in a cross and Méïte heads at goal - brilliantly saved by Raya, but the Icelander is there on the follow-up to double the lead!

Blackburn break quickly from the back, Bennett switches the play and Graham forces a corner off McShane.

It's swung in by Armstrong, but Mannone is there to emphatically punch clear.

Another good chance for the Royals...

Sone Aluko flights a free-kick into a dangerous area in the box, Yakou Méïte rises highest but cannot control his header, and it clears the crossbar.

Bacuna lofts a ball over the top of the Blackburn defence, Jón Daði Böðvarsson nips in and gets there ahead of the goalkeeper - chips over him and in!

1-0 to the Royals!

Great save Vito Mannone!

Bacuna is dispossessed in midfield by Richie Smallwood, Adam Armstrong picks it up, cuts in from the left and lets fly.

His shot is bound for the far corner, but a flying fingertip save from the Royals' stopper keeps it out.

Reading have a free-kick in a good position out to the left of the box...

Liam Kelly hangs up a ball to the far post, but it goes over the heads of the Royals in the area and out for a goal-kick.

Blackburn hit the post!

Rovers get forward once more and Joe Rothwell smashes an effort from 12 yards off the upright.

The ball bounces straight back to him, but his second strike flies over the bar. Let-off for the Royals there.

Blackburn get forward for the first time...

Ryan Nyambe backheels for a ball to Graham in the area, but Paul McShane heads clear.

Leandro Bacuna, who celebrated his 27th birthday yesterday, shows good footwork to drag back and get past his marker.

He tries to play forward for Baldock to run onto, but the striker can't get it out of his feet and Blackburn clear.

Here we go!

Sone Aluko gets us underway at Ewood Park, the Royals wearing their black and grey away strip, with grey socks.
