Rally round the Royals this Saturday!

There will be several familiar faces heading to Madejski Stadium this weekend, with former Royals, Ollie Norwood and Billy Sharp set to line up for the Blades. Marc McNulty, fresh from his first Royals goal, could be in the line-up to face his former side this weekend.

Two brothers will be on the pitch, too, with Sam Baldock's younger brother, George, fit to feature for the Blades under the lights in RG2.

The Baldock brothers have played twice before - with Sam at Bristol City and George at MK Dons at the time. In two matches, Sam scored four times - so a repeat on Saturday would be very welcome!

Under-23s manager Scott Marshall has taken training for the Royals alongside Nigel Gibbs on Thursday and Friday, with the Scotsman currently overseeing a 14-match unbeaten run for our youngsters. He's set to take caretaker charge of the senior squad after the match.

Chris Wilder's Blades, meanwhile, sit in the Play-Off places as the Championship table stands - six points off leaders, Norwich City.

Following a late defeat against Leeds last weekend, they will be hoping to bounce back with a strong showing against the Royals.

Off the pitch, there's lots to enjoy for our younger fans at Madejski Stadium this weekend, with the Fun Zone having turned festive for Christmas and young Royals are invited to write a letter to Father Christmas in the Megastore on Saturday evening.

We'd love to see as many loyal Royals as possiblebacking the boys against the Blades, with three crucial Championship points to play for!

Adult tickets start from only £20 at Madejski Stadium for Members, so make sure you're here to back the boys on Saturday!
