Stephen Martin will be officiating the Royals this weekend, with Middlesbrough our visitors at Madejski Stadium on Saturday.
The experienced Staffordshire official will be taking charge of his second Reading fixture of the season, having refereed the Royals away at Nottingham Forest back in August.
His last visit to Madejski Stadium came at the back end of last season, in our vital 2-2 home draw against Sunderland in April.
Martin is in his third full season officiating in the Championship, having made the step up from taking charge of matches in League One and League Two.
In 14 matches this season, Martin has averaged around two yellow cards per match - and has also brandished the red card twice so far this campaign.
He will be assisted on Saturday by Mark Jones and Darren Blunden, with Tim Robinson on standy as fourth official.
