Reading FC can confirm that defender Rob Dickie has joined Oxford United on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.
The defender played 45 minutes for our first team on the final day of the 2015/16 season to become a graduate of the Royals' Academy, in an away match at Blackburn Rovers.
He has also taken in several successful loan spells as part of his development with the Royals, firstly with Basingstoke Town, before being a part of a National League-winning squad at Cheltenham Town two seasons ago.
The versatile defender, who turns 22 in March, returned to the Robins to gain regular Football League action, before embarking on during a loan spell in the first half of this campaign, at newly-promoted Lincoln City in League Two.
Dickie joins up with Pep Clotet and his squad ahead of this weekend's League One match between the U's and Blackpool.
We would like to wish Rob the best of luck with his move to Oxford and thank him for his efforts in a Reading shirt.
