Reading FC Women's defender Harriet Scott took home the Senior Women's International Player of the Year at the FAI Awards at the weekend!
The full-back returned to the Ireland fold after a few years away from the international scene, and has impressed in Colin Bell's set-up upon her recall for the Cyprus Tournament last year.
Scott scooped the top prize at the FAI Awards over the weekend, having joined Reading at the age of 8 and come all the way through the Royals' youth ranks - becoming an integral part of the Reading team in the WSL1.
With Ireland under Bell, Scott was part of a defence that kept five clean sheets in six matches, and she beat fellow nominees Megan Campbell and Denise O'Sullivan to the award.
We would like to send our congratulations to Harriet on winning this prestigious prize!
