A visit to a children's cancer ward, making Welsh history and headers on the beach...

No first team football over the international break, but the Royals players have been giving an insight into their international break and letting their followers know what they've been doing on duty with their countries or on loan on home soil...

Leandro Bacuna was on his travels once more, posing here with his Curacao teammates ahead of a 6-0 thrashing of Guadaloupe.

Danny Loader was on the scoresheet for England as he took part in three games for the Three Lions' Under-19s side...

Dave Edwards has been out injured this season and his Wales days are behind him following retirement from international football. But the Royals midfielder was in the studio with Scott Minto and James Collins to watch Chris Gunter come off the bench and equal the all-time Welsh cap record against Denmark last week. 

And there has been plenty of love for Gunter across social media this week as he equalled and is on the brink of becoming the most capped Welsh internaional of all time!

David Meyler linked up with the Irish squad and posted a video of him and his teammates visiting a local children's cancer ward whilst with the Republic... 

Striker Yakou Meite meanwhile was with the Ivory Coast senior squad for the first time and posted this snapshot of his international teammates on their travels to Guinea.

There was no rest for some of our loanees - Sam Smith posted this tweet following a resurgence from League One side Oxford United...


And Tyler Frost was nonchalantly scoring a hat-trick for our Under-23s in a fine win over Birmingham in the Premier League Cup!

Meanwhile, Callum Harriott was keeping his fitness levels high with with drills alongside YouTube star Mo Ali Heydarpour...
