Yakou Méïté hopes to see Reading fans turn out in numbers for the visit of QPR on Tuesday night at Madejski Stadium.

"Away form now puts emphasis on winning at home"

A sell-out following of 1,660 supporters cheered the Royals on at Brentford on Saturday, now the players need your support once more as we come back home to face QPR!

Méïté hopes to build on a hard-earned point at Griffin Park at the weekend, saying: "We won last week at home so we have to win this game if we can, to grab more points.

"It's good for us to get more points because we need it. We got the draw on Saturday, I think we should have taken all three points but we've got the next game on Tuesday for hopefully three more points.

"We need the fans. For me personally I like it when the fans shout their support, it's good for us.

"We have to get some more points, we're in a good way and if we don't win, it's good to keep picking up points.

"We know how to play, the next game is important for us. We know our quality, we know what our players can do on the pitch so now we understand more between us."

Kick-off against QPR is at 8pm on Tuesday night, but you have until 5pm on Tuesday to take advantage of our Midweek Mates Rates offer for Season Ticket holders! Click the button below for further information.
