Mr Martin was the man in the middle as Reading played out a 1-0 loss against promotion-chasing Middlesbrough in December, and he was present on a dramatic night as the Royals overcame Blackburn 2-1 back in February.
The Staffordshire official was also on the whistle in charge of the Royals at the start of the season, in Reading's defeat away at Nottingham Forest in the summer.
Martin's last match officiating the Bees came back in November, a dramatic 3-2 loss against Sheffield United at Griffin Park.
The referee has booked 75 players in his 30 matches so far this season, as well as showing the red card on three occasions.
He will be assisted on the night by Adrian Waters and John Flynn, with Antony Coggins between the benches as fourth official.
