Keith Stroud will be on the whistle as Reading make the trip to face league leaders, Norwich City on Wednesday night.
The experienced Hampshire official has already taken charge of one Reading match this season - a 2-0 away defeat to Swansea City back in October. The week beforehand, he oversaw Norwich's late 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest in his last game in charge of the Canaries.
Stroud, who has 15 seasons of EFL experience on his CV, has averaged more than three yellow cards per match this season, while also brandishing the red card on three separate occasions in 2018-19 to date.
Stroud will be assisted on the night at Carrow Road by Matt Foley and Lee Venamore, with Charles Breakspear on hand as fourth official on Wednesday evening.
