Summer acquisition Charlie Adam knows our next opponents Stoke City very well, after joining the Royals from the Potters in the summer having spent seven years in Staffordshire.
Adam was able to shed some light on the next game and states it will be a different challenge to those encountered already this season.
With more than 150 appearances for the Potters, Adam has a wealth of knowledge on the fans, the stadium and the team ahead of this weekend's clash at the bet365 Stadium.
"It will be a different test," Adam stated. "They have good players and they shouldn’t be where they are because maybe they are a little low in confidence. They had a good win Tuesday night, but we have to go there and cause some problems.
"I know a little bit about them of course, and it will be a different test. Can we handle the pressure of the crowd, if we can keep them quiet.
"It’s always nice to go back to former clubs, especially ones you know well. I am looking forward to going back, but I am also looking forward to getting the three points and moving further up the league."
