Mark Bowen has rung the changes for the Royals on Wednesday night, making five alterations to the side that started against Birmingham City at the weekend.
Ovie Ejaria is fit and makes his return to the side, and Jordan Obita also comes straight into the starting line-up on Wednesday.
After impressing in two recent substitute appearances, Charlie Adam starts in midfield alongside Ejaria and Andy Rinomhota - who makes his 50th senior start after graduating from our Academy ranks.
With Andy Yiadom injured, Chris Gunter steps in at full-back for the Royals, and Lucas João starts up front for Reading alongside George Pușcaș.
Sam Baldock is also fit enough for a place among the substitutes for Reading, with Teddy Howe also called up to the bench.
