Seeing as it's Throwback Thursday, we've unearthed a photo from one of our Academy tours back in 2013...
What's interesting about this shot, though, is that several players in the photo have since gone on to make their senior debuts as Reading players - marking their progress throughout our Academy.
The squad, then playing in our Under-15s, made their way over to Nantes for a post-season tournament and took part in several matches, gaining experience of playing away from home and in European surroundings. And of the 14 players in the photo, half of them have progressed to becoming professional footballers.
To the right of the snap, which was featured in the Nantes Gazette, you'll see Danny Loader, Josh Barrett and Gabriel Osho (back row), while on the left you'll find Ryan East - and Tom Holmes also makes an appearance in the photo.
In the middle, the tallest player in the picture is Hakeem Odoffin - who didn't graduate from our Academy, but is plying his trade as a professional player in Scotland with Livingston. And to Odoffin's right is Jordi Osei-Tutu, who is no longer a Royal but is currently in the Academy setup at Arsenal.
Elsewhere around Madejski Stadium, our Academy's success has been celebrated once again with the 52nd and most recent senior debutant, Teddy Howe, having his name immortalised on our Academy Honours Board.
On your visits to RG2, you can see the board in full on the approach to our Reception - and there's still room to fit more players from our ranks on it...
