Reading Football Club are pleased to announce that six bright young talents have signed new contracts with the club, committing them to the Royals for the 2019-20 season.

Tyler Frost, Adam Liddle and Ramarni Medford-Smith have all signed new professional deals with the club, while goalkeeper, Adam Desbois and defenders, Marcel Elva-Fountaine and Roberto Nditi, will take the next step on their Academy journey by moving up from U18 to U23 football.

Midfield playmaker Frost, 19, was one of the most consistent players in Scott Marshall's Under-23 side in 2018-19, featuring prominently with 21(+6) appearances, scoring seven times - including a strike against Bayern Munich II in the Semi-Finals of the Premier League International Cup.

He also gained experience of senior football with a one-month loan spell in the National League with Havant and Waterlooville earlier in the campaign.
