All four players to have made their first team debuts this season after graduating from our Academy have now been immortalised on our Academy Honours Board.
The board, which sits in the Main Entrance at Madejski Stadium, details the debut of each Academy product to work their way all the way up to our senior ranks.
Thanks to the efforts of Tom McIntyre, Gabriel Osho, Ryan East and Michael Olise, that tally now proudly stands at 51 - after the inception of the Academy in its current guise in 1998.
Their names now sit alongside the likes of Jordan Obita, Gylfi Sigurðsson, Jem Karacan, Shane Long, Simon Church and dozens more who have gone on to proudly represent the Royals after coming through our youth setup.
Of course, there is still room on our Honours Board for more of our promising youngsters to come through and make the step up to our first team, with our Under-23s currently having a sterling season on all fronts.
Congratulations to all four players on their fantastic achievement of making their senior debuts with the Royals, and we look forward to the contribution they make in a Reading shirt in the months and years to come.
