Yakou Méïté says the Royals cannot rest on their laurels, as they try and escape clear of the Championship's bottom three.
After the Ivorian's assist for a late Mo Barrow winner last time out at Ipswich, Méïté insisted the Royals must keep their focus on the task at hand - following that up with three points against Wigan this weekend.
Paul Cook's side come into Saturday's match off the back of a midweek defeat away at Derby County, but will be out looking for a response against the Royals on Saturday.
"Ipswich meant a lot because it was a very tough game for us, but now we have to switch because we have another tough game at home against Wigan. I don't think we have to think about this victory again," Méïté said in the build-up to Saturday.
"The Championship is very tough, we've got a lot of games. There are a lot of good teams, we don't need to celebrate our victory last week because another tough game is always coming quickly.
"It's another big, big game and hopefully we're going to win.
"It's going to be a very tight, both teams need to win. It's going to be tough, we have to respond and be ready for a fight.
"It's important to see what the manager wants to do on Saturday, we have to prepare well. We've had one full week to prepare for the game, we're going to be ready and we have to fight until the end.
"The fans are going to play a big role for us. We need our supporters, a lot of them came for the last game, this time we play at home so we really need our fans - I hope a lot of them will come."
