Four homegrown players in starting line-up, Teddy Howe on bench

Josh Barrett, Michael Olise and Danny Loader will start as the front three against Birmingham City on Sunday lunchtime, as Reading round off the season.

Four homegrown talents in total start against Blues, with Andy Rinomhota set to anchor midfield three containing loanees, Ovie Ejaria and Lewis Baker.

Fellow loan players, Emi Martínez and Matt Miazga keep their places in the line-up too, as they round off their loan spells with the Royals.

John O'Shea is available for the last time in his career, having announced in the week he'll be retiring after Sunday's match - he's on the bench on Sunday lunchtime.

And their could be a Royals debutant this weekend, as Academy full-back Teddy Howe is placed among the substitutes for the final game of the season.
