Jordan Obita is in fact in a rich vein of goalscoring form! His sublime left-footed strike on Saturday was his third goal in 11 games for the Royals - but last weekend's goal meant so much more as it was his first since his return from a two-year-long injury absence!
Manager Mark Bowen was full of praise for both Jordan and his fellow goalscorer Sam Baldock who both picked out the corners of the Millwall goal to secure three valuable points at the weekend.
"In the last home game Jordan created a goal with a shot just like Saturday's, with Matt Miazga finishing it off on that occasion," he said.
"Jordan has had two years of hell. The long days working on his own in the gym and on the training ground, getting his fitness back - and it’s times like today when I see his face in the dressing room and I think 'what a character!'
"He's had a horiffic couple of years with injury, spent a lot of lonely days in rehabilitation - so I’m delighted for him.
"And Sam has shown fantastic professionalism through some difficult times.
"I think we do Sam an injustice sometimes - myself included - talking about his workrate, running and chasing and how he unsettles the oppostion - we see a lot of what he does off the ball.
"But he reminded everybody with that finish the real quality he has to go with those attributes."
