New manager, postponed game, two home games and two away - October has been a mad one! As the sun sets on the month and we move into November, take a look at our goals for the month and leave your vote.
The goals started with Méïté providing a moment of magic to give Reading supporters something to cheer about. Olise swiped the ball wide right to the striker; cutting inside onto his left boot and smashing the ball beyond Bettinelli's reach. A good moment in an otherwise forgettable evening for the Royals.
Second up, step forward Matt Miazga. John Swift swings in a corner in the dying moments, which was cleared to Obita, who struck into the crowded box, but the ball eventually broke for Miazga, whose volley had fingertips to it by Rudd, but the ball crept in to earn the Royals three vital points.
Next two goals coming from a midweek clash at QPR, where Pușcaș and Baldock got themselves in contention for the goal of the month. Ejaria did superbly in Reading's defensive third to out-muscle his marker and provide a sumptuous ball to Pușcaș one-on-one with Kelly. The Romanian made no mistake and levelled the score 1-1. The second goal saw another sublime piece of skill and improvisation from Ejaria saw him keep possession as he laid back to Swift. The midfielder's cross-field ball saw Yiadom nod back towards goal, and Baldock, on his return to the team, was there to make sure of the goal and draw Reading level.
GOAL A: YAKOU MÉÏTÉ vs Fulham
GOAL B: MATT MIAZGA vs Preston North End
GOAL C: GEORGE PUȘCAȘ vs Queens Park Rangers
